The Fresno Grizzlies took on the Modesto Nuts on the Fourth of July where after they invited fans to the field to watch what organizers described as “the most dazzling fireworks display in the Central Valley”

Yosemite National Park, August 12th, 2024

What you see is a time-lapse stack of 10 pictures over an 8 hour time period. On the lower left is the upper reaches of the Aurora Borealis, (Because we are so far south we don’t see the common green sections of the aurora). Mid picture is multiple meteors of the annual Perseid meteor shower. Above that you have the andromeda galaxy all over Yosemite’s Half Dome. See more at my photo gallery.
